Returns & Refund Policy

If the return requirements are met, just contact us at service@colewelltools.com within 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We will cancel order in china time 6 hours from Monday to Saturday.We won’t cancel order in Sunday.We have to delay to next Monday to cancel it.After the order being canceled you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

RETURNS PROCESS

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Exchanges for different products are acceptable.

To return merchandise purchased on www.colewelltools.com, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us your return request at contact@colewelltools.com indicating the order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return.
  2. If you are interested in exchanging for a different product, please indicate the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange (links or pictures). We will reply to acknowledge the availability of the new items you wish to order.
  3. Pack your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, email address, and phone number.
  4. Write the Order Number on the front of the box/package so that it is easily visible.

 

REFUNDS

Merchandise may  to be Exchanged for a different item (upon availability).

Exchanges for different products are acceptable and the difference would be applied to your credit (when exchanging for a lower value item) or invoiced to you (when exchanging for a higher value item)  via email to be paid before shipping the new product to you. 

Before returning the product, please send some product photos to our customer service email service@colewelltools.com for confirmation. If the product is not broken or damaged in the nature, all shipping and handling charges for the return will be borne by the customer. If the product is broken and damaged during shipping, the shipping cost is borne by the seller.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit coupon will be send via email within a certain amount of days.

Refunds to your credit card or original method of payment, applies for damage/defective items only.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
  3. Any handcrafted/artisan-made product that is returned for having minimal cosmetic imperfections that do not compromise its functionality and durability. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refund normally China time 1-2 days to return your account.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@colewelltools.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

COLEWELL offers a 15 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only,  any damages resulting from  abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.

And please kindly be noted: 

  1. Please make sure the return goods under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes. 
  2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking numberonce available. You may send them to service@colewelltools.com. 
  3. If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

SALE ITEMS

 All merchandise purchased at 30% or greater discount than the original price is final sale.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items and discount items both cannot be refunded. 

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product, please first contact us first at contact@colewelltools.com to receive instructions to ship your package.

Return labels are available per request. You can save time and get better shipping rates by using our prepaid labels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return label cost will be deducted from your refund/credit.

Exceptions may apply for damage items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may opt to use an insured delivery service, however, colewelltools.com cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.
